We're having a problem with our print server this morning, so it may not be possible to print to PDF from your account. We're looking into it and we'll update the blog as soon as the problem is fixed or we have more information.

We're investigating intermittent connection problems that some users are having today. These appear to be related to a problem at our data center. We'll update when we have more information.

Unfortunately, some databases are inaccessible this morning as one of our servers has a temper tantrum. We apologize for the disruption and we're working hard to fix the problem as fast as we can.

One of our servers is experiencing problems this morning, Thursday, February 26, 2009. Some databases will be inaccessible until we fix the problem. We'll provide more information when available.
Update: the server is back online now, but there are still some outstanding problems. The main database interface may be accessible, but certain features like Pages will not respond at the moment.
Update 2: all systems should be accessible again. Our sincere apologies to those affected by this disruption. The problem was due to a failed network switch at our data center, which took longer than we hoped to fix.
One of our servers experienced an extremely heavy load this morning and we took it offline temporarily. We're in the process of moving some accounts from that server to a new server to alleviate the problem and we expect this will be done within the hour. We're sorry for the disruption.
